Cyclonic Rift is a two-mana blue spell that lets you return a nonland permanent you don’t control to its owner’s hand. However, you can pay seven mana instead to do this to every single card you don’t control. It’s also an instant, which means you can cast this at the end of someone else’s turn, as someone is attacking, or in response to something else you find unpleasant. Yeah, it’s just that good.
